DMCI Holdings, Inc. (DMCIHI) was incorporated on March 8, 1995 as a holding company to consolidate all construction business, construction component companies and related interests of the Consunji Family. It was listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange on December 18, 1995.

Construction
 Known as one of the leading construction company in the Philippines, D. M. Consunji, Inc. has demonstrated its capability to construct a wide variety of projects ranging from simple chapels and residences to multi-storey hotels and condominiums, irrigation dams to kilometer-long concrete bridges, power transmission lines to industrial plants, theaters to large commercial complexes. It was founded on December 24, 1954 by David M. Consunji.

Water Utility
  The Company's joint venture with MPIC, acquired the 84% stake of the west concession of a water utility company, Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) that services six million people in the nine cities and three municipalities of Metro Manila.
Power
  The Company's plans to increase the group's exposure in the power sector has led to incorporating a power company, DMCI Power Corporation (DPC,) that will handle its power business by putting up coal-fired power plants and participating in the privatization of the power supply of off-grid islands and remote villages.
Nickel
  Our new business venture in ore and mineral mining exploration will tap the Company's competencies in construction and mining expertise as an independent contractor for an open pit extraction of nickel, chromite, and iron laterite in Zambales.
