Statement of Full Compliance with Corporate Governance

For the calendar year 2022, the Chief Compliance Officer attested to and certified that the Company has substantially complied with the provisions of its Manual on Corporate Governance for Publicly-listed Companies, as prescribed by SEC Memorandum Circular No. 19 Series of 2016. Non-compliances are due to the organization’s business size, strategies and board structure that are being identified and explained and disclosed in the Company’s Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report (IACGR).
